Important Information

• Electricity, Central Heating, Linen (not towels) and Wifi internet all included
• Little Gurras changeover day is Friday, all the other cottages on Saturday
• Towels extra:£1 per person per week
• Pets - £15 each per week
• Smoking Allowed, not in games room
• Pets: Only in Fox Park and Meadows, single pet only and well behaved.
• Pets must not be left unattended in holiday cottages or foul mown areas.
• Arrivals between 3 pm. and 6 pm Other times by arrangement
• Please vacate the cottage by 10 am on the day of departure.
• Deposit is £100 per cottage per week with balance paid on arrival
• Bookings made less that 3 weeks before start date, full amount is due at booking
