And to top it off, we're only and hour from the M5 at Exeter.

Facilities
The cottages are at the end of a 1/2 mile private road with ample parking. The large gardens are equipped with plenty of garden furniture and gas barbeques, ideal for evening meals, a game of football or just quietly reading a book.
The games room has a pool table, table tennis, darts and a shared computer, all with no charges.
Sustainable Tourism for Boscastle and Cornwall
The Elson family have been farming this land for five generation, and the Boscastle flood in 2004 make you think about farming it for five more, therefore we are on the drive to make our self catering more eco friendly.
We've joined the green tourism business scheme and are working towards our first inspection later in the year by improving our recycling, energy and cleaning product use and many other things.
Great North Cornwall Beaches
Bude - Widemouth Bay - Tintagel
Our Self catering cottages near Boscastle are well placed for the beautiful Beaches of North Cornwall Bude is 20 mintues away with a large sandy beach and a nice seaside town, Widemouth Bay has a beautiful beach and large carparks and is ideal for surfing. Tintagel has a wide selection of beaches, some easy to get to and others much quieter due to accessibility. The rugged North Cornwall coast is a beautiful backdrop for a day on the beach, Crackington Haven is the nearest at about 3 miles away.
